Altibase is the cored DBMS software for customer service operations. The maximum stability must be guaranteed for the non-stop service, but the possibility of a failure due to the system situation, user error, or bug cannot be 100% avoided.

This document describes procedures to be performed by the user for Altibase technical support in the event of a failure in a situation when service is unavailable. To minimize the time to recover from failure, it is recommended for users to refer to this document.

CPU abnormalities, waiting, and performance delays due to locks can be checked with the tuning guide or operation guide. These failures are not covered in this document.
